Is there a way to edit what I recorded with my mini-DVD camera?

I award 10 points. Max. I chose the option video and my mini-DVD's are finalized. Is there a software out there or a way to edit on a computer. I have a Sony Handycam DCR-DVD105 DVD. Please advice are welcome!
