How can I correct an internal vibration in my Sony Handycam HDR-SR7?
There is an internal vibration on my Sony HD Handycam Camcorder (HDR-SR7 model). That is out of warranty and Sony wants to charge me $ 500 to repair and do not think the problem is so important that these costs are necessary. It seems that something inside is released and is affecting other parts of the camera, especially in the high or zoom the camera is tilted.
The Sony HDR-SR7 is a hard drive based camcorder. There is an engine that turns on the hard drive – which are the same use portable hard drives. That vibrate when the motor spins the discs. If you think something inside came loose, it is possible that the mechanism of isolation is somehow not properly connected and the cause of the problem.
