T-Mobile presents latest Samsung T629 mobile phone. This cell phone is elegant and stylish with an attractive, slim (0.6 inches) profile (similar to the older Samsung SGH-T809, which has disappeared from the supply of phones T-Mobile) and silver matte finish. However, the slider opens from the middle rather than the bottom, so it is easy to smudge the screen with fingerprints. Moreover, the agenda is very clear and easy to use and has a search, eliminating the need to scroll through a long list to find a contact. The T-Mobile Samsung T629 features some strong messages, but was writing surprisingly difficult. The menus are simple messaging and colorful, but writing was surprisingly difficult. The clear key is very close to the down arrow, so it is very easy to accidentally jump back a screen when only I wanted to scroll down.
Once we got used to be very precise, while browsing through the menus, you can see how easy it is to include images, emoticons, voice notes, text, calendar entries with our SMS messages. Finally, the phone won some bonus points, with their abilities instant messaging support for AIM, ICQ, MSN, and Yahoo services. The phone has a 1.3 megapixel package of camera and video camera, but the photos and video are not exactly stellar and no flash. The Samsung T629 also features an MP3 player with decent sound quality, but not active music buttons and download full music tracks over T-Mobile's 2.5G EDGE connection is, of course, out of the question.
