What is the best and smallest camcorder at a reduced price ($ 400)?
I'm trying to find a video camera I just record various events. I need something small, handheld, durable, good video quality, the substantial battery life, good features, good shooting in low light and if there is one … something that uses disks or hard drives instead of tapes. My maximum price is $ 400. Any suggestions?
In general, Mini DV camcorders will be less expensive, but slightly larger than the flash memory based camcorders.
