Are all camcorders Canon Vixia the same video quality with only differences in zoom and battery life?
I wouldnt mind getting The lowest price model if the video quality may be the same with differences only in the life of the battery and such. I'll make a skateboard itht their way videow angles and the things I do not require as high-tech Super focusing power or something. I can deal with the low battery life also just want ensure the video quality is the same.
No. HG series were designed to record very high compressed AVCHD / MTS format video to an internal hard drive. The HF and HF S series is designed to record very high compression video format AVCHD MTS Flah memory. Some have built-in flash memory, some using Removable SD cards. The MTS files are copied to the computer via USB and video editor that uncompressed before editing. The video editor should be capable of dealing with files MTS – or is necessary to convert the files first – usually, if you convert MTS files to another format before suffering editor, this means that the video already is not in HD. There is clearly define the flow of long-term archiving process if you want the video in a year or 2 or 5 or 10 … The HV series are designed to record on MiniDV tape using the same DV and HDV format used by video professionals. The video formats are DV and HDV miniDV tape-less – but this means your computer must have a FireWire port to import the video … and also means that when not re-use the tape, is the long-term archiving. Most Video editors can deal with the video format DV – HDV can be a problem (but most likely only with the low end editors like MovieMaker). Assuming that not a problem, after inporting video and editing you can export the video project for high-definition camcorder and use the video camera as the reproduction of a deck OIN and view high definition, high definition television when the camcorder is connected with component or HDMI cables. This is not possible with flash memory or hard disk camcorders for consumers. If the team has no firewire port and no way to add one, then only option Decent flash memory. Although the types of video files and video compression are the same, camcorders hard disk have other problems familiar with vibration and altitude – and the potential of video data recovery challenges when it breaks the video camera and the video still has not been transferred. With flash or MiniDV tape, just take the tape or a memory card and find a video camera similar to the transfer. In the case of a card flash memory, just use a card reader cheap. There are many more but these are issues very much.
