All of these should be fine for capturing quick movement, but higher frame rate will give smoother slow motion sequences. All these video cameras can be modded with fisheye lenses commonly used in skating videos. I would go with the least costly. 
Also be advised that the camcorders HDD will cut power to the drive if it detects a drop (to prevent damage), so depending on how you're filming skating can be better with a MiniDV (less expensive) or flash memory (more expensive) hard disk camcorder.

It can be very disconcerting when choosing a video camera, especially with so many different formats available in combination with range of different numbers models and views of different sources. If your main consideration is the production of video clips of short duration for publishing on your website, then there need to go overboard and buy the more expensive model. A lower priced model offering the desirable characteristics mentioned towards the end of this article will be perfectly adequate.
Here's a quick summary of each of the major formats of digital camera you should consider for the production of videos to your site web. Other formats not mentioned here, but our advice is to choose one of the following three formats.
Mini-DV
Launched by Sony in 1995, DV (or Mini-DV) is the most popular consumer Digital Video. DV camcorders provide what is possibly the best quality of all home video formats, with all models that have the ability to transfer video signals to another device (like a Windows or Apple Mac computer) via FireWire, also known as i.Link. DVD
Hitachi first launched camcorders that record to 8cm DVD discs again in 2001, and several other major manufacturers soon followed suit. DVD camcorders use MPEG-2 compression before writing the signals disk. One of the main problems of DVD camcorders has been the problem of compatibility between DVD camcorders and DVD players at home, but about being resolved quickly. If you are planning to import your images to DVD on a computer for editing, it should be noted that MPEG2 (DVD edition) files tablets is much harder than it is when working with a format like DV or Digital-8. Editing applications (such as included with video cameras) are not as good and it is advisable to purchase third-party editing suites. However, now the format is very popular, despite the difficulties with the issue.
HDD (Hard Disk Drive)
JVC is a company that is continuing its initiative to make cameras to record the most popular hard drive and push the tape and disc-based formats in a side completely. Lens Quality.
As the dominant consumer market favors ease of use, portability and price, camcorders Consumer emphasize these features more than raw technical performance. For example, good low light capabilities require large capturing chips, which affects the price and size. Thus, consumer camcorders are often unable to shoot useful images in dim light. Manual controls need more space, either in the menus or buttons and more complicated to use, that goes against the requirement of ease of use. Many units have no manual adjustment of consumption, often to the exclusion video exposure, gain control, or management of sound level. For the beginner, entry-level cameras offer basic recording and the ability reproduction.
For more advanced users, high-end units offer improved optical and video performance across multiple components CCD and optics brand manual control of camera exposure, and more, but even consumer camcorders that sell for $ 1000 is not suitable for recording in low light.
